Judith Smith-Downing, CEO
A member of Delta Sigma Theta who has over two decades of hands on experience in mental health field, consulting, social work and teaching special education children in Maryland and Texas area.
Our PRP program helps individuals in the community be more productive in their personal, family, and community lives. PRP programs serve adults and minors with mental health diagnoses, coping issues, substance abuse challenges, and other behavioral challenges that impedes the individual's ability to function to their maximum potential in society.

BACHS Healthcare uses a strength-based holistic approach when working with clients who seek services for mental health assistance. By partnering with our clients to provide the services they seek, we normalize the rehabilitation counseling process. We meet our clients where they are at, offering them the support they desire and following a treatment plan from a licensed mental health professional.

BACHS  staff partner with our clients and their therapist to identify therapeutic goals. This may include learning to shop and prepare food, choosing an appropriate career path, or finding a place of residence. Our staff will provide education on resources and services that may benefit our clients.

While many of our services are offered in the client's home, we also have on-site group sessions. BACHS. also has groups that promote socialization and team building. We have programs such as cooking classes, money management, and employment-related skills development.
